Click in the box on the top right corner that says "Click here to talk to a doctor now or to ..."
On the left side of the screen, answer a few questions and choose date and time.
Click on "next" and choose the reason for your visit and the cash option of payment.
Click on "next" to verify your phone number and book the appointment.
You will receive 2 email messages in 2 mins, on the 2nd email, click on the option that says "Start TELEVISIT" to begin the visit 15 mins or less before your appointment time.
